 If you purchased a vehicle from us that is no longer working or experiencing other issues we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly so they may better assist you with your claim. 

Every ride-on vehicle or Motorcycle purchased from Kids Eye Candy directly comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and 90-days on battery (electric vehicles). When contacting the manufacturer, please make sure to state that you purchased from our store so you are fully covered by the warranty.
