PROTECTIVE GEAR MUST BE USED WHILE OPERATING MOTORCYCLES, SCOOTERS, BICYCLES AND SELF BALANCING BOARDS.

RETURN POLICY:
You may return any new, unused product purchased from kidseyecandy.com that is "Dead on Arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer restocking fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price as well as all associated shipping costs, if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or sent back in non-resalable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee up to 50 percent of the product sales price, based on the condition of the returned product. All products returned back as "unable to be delivered" or "refused upon delivery", not due to a shipper or shipping carrier mistake, are subject to a fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price.
You must inspect product condition upon arrival and report any problems, within the first 30 days after receiving your order. We will not accept returns of any product more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Used products are not returnable and can only be serviced under warranty.

All returns will be processed within 5 business days after receiving product back.

Products returned back with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

All returns initiated for reasons not due to our error or damage of the product in shipping are responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY:
- Most products offered by kidseyecandy.com come with Limited Replacement Parts Warranty that will cover any electrical or mechanical component during the first 90 days (unless stated otherwise on product page) from the date of purchase that failed due to manufacturing mistake. If any component, covered under warranty, malfunctioned within specified warranty period, replacement part will be provided free of charge and shipped to any destination within Continental United States. End user will have to install provided part himself or contact phone product support for assistance. A flat rate Shipping and Handling charge of $14.99 will apply to all parts orders placed after 30 days of receiving the product. Products that require warranty service can also be shipped to Kids Eye Candy for diagnostic and repair. Customer will be responsible for shipping or delivering product to provided service location. All products offered on Kids Eye Candy website are warrantied and serviced directly by Kids Eye Candy and come with lifetime email and phone support.
All other products offered on Kids Eye Candy website are covered by the warranty from their original manufacturers and might have different warranty terms which provided on product pages. - Product Warranty does not cover lost parts or accessories, normal wear and tear, physical damage or abuse, water or sand damage of the product.
- All rechargeable batteries come with Limited 90 Days Replacement Warranty. To avoid frequent and unnecessary replacement, all batteries must be used, charged and maintained according to information listed in product user manual and on product labels. Batteries should not be stored is discharged condition, even when product is not in use. Batteries should not be charged for longer than specified in product user manual or on product labels. Overcharging batteries destroys them internally and can also create hazardous conditions.
To be eligible for warranty service, a valid proof of purchase from authorized retailer is required, except for orders placed directly through this online store.
